Foundational Theology: Radical Monotheism
The core of this perspective is an uncompromising monotheism, rooted in the belief that God is one singular, indivisible person—the Father. This draws from the Hebrew Bible’s Shema: “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one” (Deuteronomy 6:4). Unlike Trinitarianism, which posits one God in three persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), this view insists that “one” means one in number, not essence or unity. God’s oneness excludes any division, hierarchy, or shared divinity.
